Description

The HMC430LP4 & HMC430LP4E are GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperatu.
